Holding a Communications Arts degree from Florida International University with a minor in Psychology, Lina is trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, enhancing her ability to navigate diverse regulatory and operational environments.

After a decade of experience in sales and customer service for Fortune 500 companies and startups—specializing in people, process, and project management—Lina transitioned into healthcare in late 2023. Since then, she has developed a deep passion for healthcare compliance, operations, and project management. Their expertise spans everything from developing compliant SOPs and fostering an ethical compliance culture to enhancing team member and patient engagement and optimizing tech-enabled processes.
